Get level 40 weapons at level 1
So with the new inscription cards allow characters to get really good weapons, and gear. The Demon deck which requires level 40 can be used at any level even though the required level is 40. So basically you can get an overpowered weapon for pvping or leveling. It says level 40 on the card when you get it but when you click the deck it allows you to pick up the quest and summon the quest objective and turn the deck in for the weapon
