Horde only, so I'll start with the basics.
(I'd also appreciate if someone posted pictures, as I'm unable to do so at this time, but I'll be VERY detailed).
1.) You need to get to the Dwarf Airport. No more wall jumping, so easiest way is to Nogging Slow fall from the side of IF.
2.) Find the building that allows to kinda of run inside. There will be two guards standing outside of it. If you come the normal way up, from the south, it will be the first building on the left.
3.) Have a warlock stand flush with the cave wall and open a summoning portal.
4.) Everyone gets summoned through.
5.) There will be a long ramp. You need to go to this ramp, mount, and jump out *STRAIGHT*
Jumping to either side is death.
6.) You will land behind the Portal area for the Deep Run Tram.
At this point, the warlock can pet pull the gnome king at leisure.
Enjoy farming him without anyone knowing or being able to see.
