[2.4.2] BRD: Keep +65% Speed Aura

As of 5/13, if you complete jailbreak, Marshal Windsor's aura will stay on your party after he leaves. It did eventually go away, but it lasted a VERY long time, obviously not intended. (+65% attack speed)
