If you lose your Glider key, we can re-send it to you under a few different circumstances.
1) The easiest way is to send an email to

from the address you used in PayPal when you bought the key. We'll verify it and send it back to that address.
2) If you don't have access to that email any more, we can also look it up by the PayPal transaction ID. Log into PayPal and view your history and you can click on the transaction to get the ID. If you paid with credit card and didn't create a login, the transaction ID should be on your credit card statement.
Without one of those two things, we can't verify your identity to determine you're really the owner. That means we [u]can't send you your key!</u>
If you purchased Glider indirectly, such as a trade for in-game items, then you'll have to work with the original purchaser to email us from the buying address. Really, we have no way of knowing, otherwise.

Also entweder du sendest eine Email von GENAU der Email an die du zum ersten mal den Key bekommen hast oder du schickst an diese Emailadresse die PayPal Transaktions ID, dazu musst du dich aber erstmal auf deinem Paypal Konto einloggen.
Kreditkarte vermute ich mal wirst du nicht bezahlt haben.
