Account compromising

Hi, I recently won an empty account in a guild competition, I figured I could try using wow glider to level a character or some other program. However I was wondering if this could compromise the security on my main account. There is no credit card connection between the accounts.

I was also wondering which programs there are out there except glider?

blizzard can ban you 4 everything but they probably wont if u using 2 accounts because blizz said: bans are against accounts not persons
