Big problem with glider

Hi e*pvpers i need help with a problem
When i launch my glider a windows with this pop up and my glider don't work nicely :| if any 1 can help plz
I am new @ glider bought only 2days ago
I am using windows xp with sp2 and net framework 2.0
Kaspersky 6.0 + Zone allarm security suite :|
