What Do “OSI Program” and “CarAction” Mean?

Does anyone know what these terms mean?



My Battle.net account was closed, but I don’t understand the reason given. Specifically, I have no idea what “OSI Program” or “CarAction” refers to.

I’m genuinely confused because I don’t know what I supposedly did wrong on this account in the first place. Has anyone else experienced something similar or knows what these terms mean?

Any insight would be appreciated.

CAR is the internal Blizz name for their hacks team, so they detected something on your system that got you banned. What they mean by OSI, I could not say as I haven't seen that used before as a reason/flag.

OSI Program = Operating System Interface Program
CarAction = Character Action Automation
