SIN bot & VM Help

Hello im kind new on this all about botting, i use to use TTOC in TBC, but now i want to come back to bot in Pandaria and i found this new bot SIN and a lot ppl talking about Virtual Machines, anyone could guide me in what i suppose to do to start botting satisfactorily. PD .Sorry my bad english my native languaje is Spanish...
