Botting Is Dead...The Fun Is Over

Welp, looks like the fun is over, NN is completely detected, rotation bots are all getting detected, and you would be lucky to last a single day's worth of dungeon farming on SIN let alone getting to 58 without being banned, the era of botting is over and dead, plain and simple.

Everyone seems to be saying that Tinkr is now the future but honestly I've heard of frequent ban reports a few weeks in just like anything else. Apparently WEPW is like the only ******* thing not detected right now but is apparently **** at doing it's job and requires constant babysitting and programming knowledge to get it to work right, very complicated basically.

So there we have it. RIP Honorbuddy man...RIP Honorbuddy.

SIN is still the best bet for farming big.

Actually, Sin is the best just use a high-quality 4G proxy, reset your HWID, and avoid spamming the same dungeon or botting for more than 10 hours a day. Or at the very least (like I do), you can use your main account with a simple pixel rotation bot for safety, and have a separate account with Sin for farming, power leveling, etc.

I use Tinkr on my main account for Aurora and Clipper rotation, and sometimes I use Baneto (which sucks zero profiles and risky). On my second account, I use Sin and have a druid for gathering, playing up to 10 hours a day max this account stay 1 - 2 month before getting ban due to report. Then I have a third account dedicated to farming as much raw gold as possible I usually get banned within a week, but I easily make way more than enough to make it worth it. Once it gets banned, I just buy another one on G2G for 8 euros. And I’m back at it again.

Yeah.. no... Maybe for you it's over. Over the last 8 years, I have only been banned twice, and both instances were due to Hyper Elk, at least for rotations. I have used nearly everything known to man in the scene, I've literally matrixed every ban since Elk.

As for farming, of course, it's always detected by heuristics. Blizzard can literally buy any of these publicly owned farm bots and analyze their navigation meshes and pathing algorithms, as well as flag the behaviors those bots exhibit, making it relatively easy for them to catch bots. As Omni said, private bots have a longer survivability before heuristics pick up on your habits.

Erm I don't know about that - If you have context on what exactly is complicated on using WEPW I'd love to know all WEPWs profiles are free and creating your own is insanely easily with zero coding

But yes we do also have an API for devs.

With regards to bans, They use a collection of info not just one detection vector. I know users (whom against my advice) have run their BOTs for 24 hours plus without bans and others who have got rank 14 and smacked with report spams then appealed and got their accounts back.

With all that being said, WEPW is more of a passion project not exactly targeted at mass profit farming or suicide farming we try to make a community who enjoys botting and making cool shit.

Maybe next fresh or TBC we'll release a suicide BOT because clearly people want it but it won't be under WEPW.

edit - With regards to heuristics, blizz definitely track this along with raw gold per hour and loot tables (and a lot more inventory stats to catch dupes) but it's very unlikely that they solely ban for this btw, unless you're running insane hours.

SIN is for sure much more powerful and affordable than any other public bot available, and not inherently less safe.
I level paladins with SIN and use them on my bot, so far no bans in the past 2 months.

The time it takes to do 1-85 with SIN is unmatched.

wich one high quality 4G proxy are you using? i would like learn more about it, about how to bot im kind new in this world, i also bought a new pc to start with it...

lmao, my man's living in the past. Modern-day bots would far outpace that old school stuff. Even farm bots like Honor Buddy would be rekt daily in 2025.

Like if you brought Pirox bot into the current WOW in 2025, it would be equally detected by heuristics as the rest of these farm bots are. Times were just easier 15 years ago; you could run accounts for months at a time, 24/7, without bans in the old days. Those days are long, long gone.

I can't believe I have to reply to this brainrot reply, but I will.

2010: Warden was trash

2025: There is Warden, Eidolon, server-sided heuristics with over 20 years of player data, in addition to machine learning and AI detections that have been added in the last couple of years.

There is zero comparison.

The reason they got sued isn't because of how good it was, but because Blizzard's anti-cheat system at the time was simply ineffective. Therefore, the best course of action was to sue bot developers who had done a poor job of hiding their activities; it was a lot easier than playing cat and mouse.


Don't you think that if Blizzard knew who owned Baneto, GMR, Tinkr, NinName, Clipper, etc., they would send a Cease and Desist? Of course, they would, but people have just gotten better at hiding themselves, which has made Blizzard work harder to detect these platforms since they rarely find out who runs these bots anymore.

It literally has nothing to do with being better; that's just ridiculous considering all the advancements in technology.

The reason people liked the old days is that you could get away with AFK botting for half a year before getting banned.

Is it worth just botting your main anymore? Character boosts are $60 (1 month of botting is 35-40 euros), and there's no risk.
