Good day aside from GGL is there a good and solidified classic rotation bot? I know none are 100% safe but ggl has stood the test of time. Is there another one close to that i can count on for upcoming MOP expansion?

GGL offers profiles for mop and retail. they are good from what I have seen
Gotcha! I just always seen like 90% screenshots of their retail stuff and like one of their classic one, so that's what got me curious. didnt want to invest into it and then find out that the classic side is not supported as well as the retail version xD
The mop rotations are okay. Makula will offer rotations eventually they don't have anything past an alpha testing lock profile atm. With that said when they finish S3 and can push stuff it will be incredible. Spiken has all classes out but very few are polished and working well. He has been working rapidly and fixing things and implementing as reported. Easy also does classic rotations and has been the primary provider since wotlk. He has fewer classes but they generally are more polished. He only releases them when they are generally working well.
I'd say your playing poorly then because I was able to get multiple 3200 IO, AOTC, and 90+ parsing on several mythic bosses in S1/S2 as well as 22-2400 on several pvp classes with MR on Retail.
With Easy's rotations I was able to get 90+ parses with dk and 80+ parses with Resto sham. Granted Easy does very little pvp support but a few people pushed high with his war profile i think 1-2 got glad.

I’ve used both Mukulu and Spiken, and with Spiken I’ve reached multi gladiator, pulled multiple 100 logs on several classes, cleared every Mythic raid each season, and earned multiple M+ titles.
I still pay for both and occasionally switch between them, but I always end up back with Spiken. The difference is simple,when something isn’t working, Spiken responds quickly, while Mukulu can take weeks to fix an issue. On top of that, Mukulu now seems to focus only on meta classes or whatever they feel like working on, which will likely make things even worse.

Spiken is definitely very active in attempting to fix things sometimes it doesn't always work. However that isn't unique to Spiken and other dev's also make mistakes because they simply don't play every single class and rely on feedback. However Im not ******* spiken he's a great dev or anyone else for that matter. I'm simply refuting your statement about some rotations only being level worthy or for doing basic raids which I assume you mean lfr/normal, and clearing m+ at a level 2 or lower. Every MR spec was able to achieve CSM and most a 3k rating. MR is simply focusing on Meta classes and those that are most popular which from a business stand point is a smart move. For instance Shadow priest ended up being incredible but not a single dev had a great s priest profile simply because low feedback and low interest in the class.
But back to the original post point my previous statement about the MoP rotations stands.
