Which rotation bot

Hey guys im back into War Within and I looking for PVE Rotation Bot and please dont Aimsharp i dont like it, it's not easy to config and I can use him with my lenguage. I look something like HyperElk but I heard is banned and over, what und looking is

1. Easy to Config
2. Leveling Rotation 70-80
2. Not to Expensive max 30 Dollars everything else is to expensive to pay in Month.
3. AOE Auto
4. I need this for Dungeons, LFR/Normal Raids, Open World eventuell Mythic Plus but not so high Keys im casual player
