No, most of these rotations bots that are pixel require that you have add-ons with which the core of the bot communicates with. The only option would be to have something like Hekili and use something like Chimpon or Eyeauras for each pixel from your screen and you assign the key you want it to use when it finds that specific pixel.
Also, traditional bots that use injection methods obviously can't work if not being run on the computer on which Wow is running as they need to access memory.
