Hey Tamed,

How have things been recently? I joined Baneto and saw a bunch of very recent posts on users getting banned that were using Baneto + NNR. Is it too hot now to run one of these since it seems blizz has been focusing a lot on them?

I mean, if you're already in Banteo Discord and seeing these things, what value could I add to the conversation? But i'll answer you anyway.

I'm going to tell you what I usually tell people who farm... don't do it on accounts you care about, because it WILL get banned. If you're thinking of just casually farming, forget about it, you're better off buying gold from Blizzard themselves or hand farming it, or buying from gold sellers (my suggestion is just to have them buy you expensive mounts, or resources, and you sell them rather than take raw gold)

At this point, unless you're a seasoned suicide botter with extensive experience, connections, and the means to profit from the gold you farm, don't bother. This isn't about any specific public farm bot either, because all of them tend to get wrecked in about the same amount of time. Unless you have access to private bots for farming, the best I can tell you is not to waste your time or money. You'll just burn money and leave empty-handed.

Most of these public internals/unlockers are only good for one thing, and one thing only: rotations. Farming for fun is a dead-end.

I see- for rotations would you say its safer then? Like I was also looking at clipper to pvp in MOP.

PVP, you're likely to get manually reported. Make sure you're using an account you don't care about, or if you do PVP, avoid doing obvious things you'd expect scripters to do. I'm not really a PVP expert, but if you see people insta purging, dispelling, kicking, trappping, and stuff like that, if you do those, you will likely earn reports that will turn into bans.

From a personnel perspective, whats your go to unlocker + bot?

If you have a Mac Tinkr + Clipper or Windows NilName + Clipper

saw something online called project sylvanas. any thoughts on that? they have a tracker of those who got banned

I removed their review recently because their mods banned me from their chat after I criticized the owner's constant random rants that almost turn into storytime novels. If you're fine with AI generated rotations, a community that's cult-like, and censorship of any criticisms, then you might be okay there. Personally, I prefer rotations made by actual players who actually play the game at high levels, not some casuals that barely understand the fundamentals of the game.

About the banwave list they used to have (but removed), they never included themselves, even though they got detected multiple times. I guess removing the list altogether was easier than dealing with the drama caused by their hypocrisy.

If you're looking for a community where your opinion won't be silenced, there are way better options with active developers who actually play the game. For PvP, I recommend Clipper, Lunar, Aurora, or SadRotations which can be used on NilName Unlocker or Tinkr Unlocker. For PvE rotations, go with NilName Rotations or Phoenix.

When it comes to ban risks, they're pretty much the same across all platforms, whether you're using internals, unlockers, or pixel bots. If Blizzard decides to crack down, the result is the same.

Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend them because there are better options and better communities.

Also, your original post feels like you're trying to ragebait, especially since the banwave list hasn't been up on their site for weeks, yet you claim you just found out about Project Sylvanas.

There is no better for farm botting, it's all suicide botting. If you're farming, it doesn't matter what you use; you're getting banned, it's suicide all the time. You might have a chance using something private, but public stuff is suicide botting. So pick your poison and go with it.

If you want a bot to farm a little bit for raid consums and stuff, better buy gold.

If you want a bot to make a bot farm, SIN is the only public option available. They get banned often and are able to farm a lot in a short timespan. Very often you will get banned before ROI. If you don't have experience botting, either don't start or be prepared to lose money until you acquire the know-how.

What's the best PVP combat rotation bot? I'm getting some conflicting views? Or I might even settle for a pvp bot to do delves and such....I've been out of the game for a while.
