Anyone know why DMA isn't being used for any wow bots?

Because it's not cost-effective, and the majority of botters are broke. Let alone most of the bans have nothing to do with detection but rather server Heuristics and player reporting. Warden only runs in Usermode, DMA is overkill, and you can go Kernel or HV without the need for such extreme measures that really won't make a difference.

Thanks for the explanation. Got banned a few expansions ago that seemed to not hit the entire bot I was using at the time. Just want the safest option possible in this case. Figured DMA might help, but if like you said it's player reporting for full botting or server heuristics for rotation, not much a dma would do for it.

In a game-like world of Warcraft, a kernel-level ac isn't really needed, the heuristics themselves are more than enough to catch botters, this is why they've never instituted such a thing in the lifespan of the game. 2016 proved that user mode was more than enough for them to clap any bot they wanted. I just think for a bot developer something with DMA just wouldn't be scalable.
