As of now (and the last months) Baneto is the best bot available.
I've been using it for over 6 months and there is not a single bad thing I can tell. It's cheap, secure and really easy to go with.

If you're looking for unlocker rotations you need to check out NilName, they have their own rotations, as well there are 3rd party developers like Phoenix, Gohandsfree, and I think some others that make rotations for it.
