Tinkr with VM?

Anyone know if it's possible to use the Tinkr unlocker if you have macOS running in a VM? I'm interested in trying out LUA Unlockers, but seems like Windows based ones are the highest chance of ban. I can't find anything recent in my google/forum searches.
