fake rotations

does anyone have experience with fake rotations? can they keep up with rotations from hyper elk? do they also support heal? find little info on this and 50€ for unlocker + rotations, are already a lot of money to test it just like that.
i am playing wotlk.

These are unlocker rotations, not pixel rotations like Elk, so the user experience is going to be much different and far riskier since Unlockers tend to get detected fairly often as Blizzard is more active in detecting unlockers. That's not to say Pixel bots can't be detected, but rather just how it is; Blizzard is more concerned with unlockers that exploit their protected functions.
