I just cannot understand why they get away with asking such a ridiculous price for each standard class profile. Which in most cases is just an automated rotation helper with very little quality of life. It blows my mind.

I think with GGL it just comes down to their history of not being detected and the availability of 3rd party PVP profiles.
For Pve content, I feel there are better options both public and private for Mythic+, raiding, and/or other casual gameplay. Also, the easability of setup for other platforms and pricing transparency are better in other places.

I would say the fact that you aren't going to get banned with GGL makes it worth the cost of lifetime. I don't think any other service comes close to GGL in this regard, even if updates etc. are late. However it definitely is fair criticism we went a very ridiculous amount of time without an update for Aug evoker, adding pixels, etc.
I also have used and really enjoy Rice, it's being improved all the time. I don't believe they have had any detections but they haven't been around as long.. still, I think they are a good group and hope they continue to prioritize security as GGL does.

Look I'm not saying rice is elk in a mask but I'm just saying I wouldn't be suprised if it gets hit. There's to many commonalities including Devs. Also if your getting bad parses there's probably more to it than out x product is bad. If you don't understand how to parse it's much more than just a rotation.

Late updates, lack of decent autobind, and subpar profiles?
Dragonflight has been one of our most successful expansions yet, with a significant increase in end-game developers, and we just got a few more for TWW.
1. GGL is rewritten with every major update to protect the integrity of the client and ultimately safeguard the user from detections. Unless there is an absolutely game-breaking or performance-breaking bug, or a requirement to play the game that is not being met, the client is updated as needed.
2. The only "late update" GGL missed during Dragonflight was pixel-related, which was temporarily resolved using alternative pixels (i.e., unused spells).
3. All GGL developers have and support autobind.
4. End-of-expansion statistics (numbers are referenced as 'dozen' instead of exact figures to protect user data.): More than half of GGL users achieved 1.8K, several dozen achieved 2.2K, a few dozen achieved Gladiator at some point during Dragonflight, with two dozen achieving Multiglad, and several reaching R1--all throughout Dragonflight. A few dozen achieved Keystone Hero every season, and a little over a dozen earned Tormented Hero. Over half cleared 4-6/9 Mythic Amirdrassil, with a dozen clearing 9/9 Mythic and a few achieving Realm Firsts on full realms (data for the other two raids was not polled, only Amirdrassil).
Is GGL priced higher? Yes. It is built with security in mind, and the end product is designed for serious content pushers, not casual players. While casuals are welcome to join, and many users are willing to teach, those looking for a more budget-friendly and casual-friendly experience might find a provider like Aimsharp more appealing.
Edit: To add and finish, we've offered a free trial for nearly the entire Dragonflight expansion, allowing potential customers to test the rotation performance and compare it with competitors. Nothing is being paywalled nor gatekept.

Using PvE profiles as an example to refer people that don't pay your higher price as casuals is a huge red flag in my opinion. Simcraft isn't rocket science and a person who is capable of playing high difficulty content will be able to achieve just as much with any rotation so I consider this as nothing more than poor marketing.
Your security statistics, while having many PvP oriented profiles is however impressive yes. Also the support deserves a kudos aswell.

There is nowhere to link to them on the forums, so I don't want to add them.If they add a forum post, I will.

Who's "we've offered", "we've" suggests you're a part of the GGL team? That was an interesting part of the whole speech. Did you let that one slip?
Just to add to this, GGL has been doing much better lately from the updates, right down to the 3rd party developers. The security and safety of the GGL has been better than all that has come and gone in the pixel bot space, it's been and stayed undetected since 2018 I believe which is pretty amazing in the world of Warcraft botting/rotations space. I've always praised GGL when they deserved to be praised and always criticized when I felt they needed to be criticized. I feel my opinion on them is unbiased and fair, and I think GGL is doing good. Do I think they could do something better? Sure, but overall like 0x41 said, they're more focused on long-term customers that are doing higher-tier content and take rotations and PVP ratings seriously, does this make GGL perfect no, but I can tell you the rotations developer will listen to your feedback if you have them, and that's important.
Are there other options that are good for casual players, yes, are there other platforms that can perform just as well or near as well, yes, but if you want something for its reputation for safety, GGL has proven itself safe for a long time.

Price aside, would you choose GGL or RR?

If you need PvP go GGL if not, others can achieve the same for half the price.

Does my being part of the team bother you or something? Lol, I’m just not sure why you’re being so passive-aggressive.

First off, I highlighted both our PvP and PvE end-of-expansion stats, not just PvE as you're claiming.
Second, if you honestly believe anyone is achieving R1, TH, or Realm First using just base/sim profiles, that really says a lot about your understanding - or lack thereof - of WoW automation.
Third, it's clear from your post history that you had a rough experience with GGL, which is unfortunate. I’m guessing this was either due to difficulties with the setup and not seeking help or because you didn’t use a profile from a premium developer. Once TWW is released, feel free to reach out for a free trial, and I’ll make sure you’re properly set up.
Lastly, as I mentioned, GGL is a premium product, and its pricing reflects that. While I do think some fees, like those for license transfers, are too high - that's a discussion for another time. Also, it seems you think we're trying to pull as many customers as possible, but that's far from the truth.
Having used various providers throughout time, I can confidently say, along with many of our customers, , that GGL outperforms most competitors in end-game content (though not in every case, obviously, and I’m excluding unlockers since they are far superior). Some competitors may excel in specific classes, like mage for example, which has always been a class GGL struggles with, but that’s where the value of security comes in. Unlike other brands that get detected, shut down, and rebrand under a new name without addressing the root causes of those detections and thereby continuing to put their customers at risk, Ayni takes preventive measures to stay ahead of security risks, and genuinely care about the customers and the integrity of their accounts.
Ultimately, this response is redundant since, as I mentioned earlier, everyone is welcome to try the free trial, compare rotations with competitors, and provide feedback.
If you have any questions, feel free to DM me here.
