After some more testing, I can't recommend Simia anymore for WotLK. They have fixed one bug in the past month while ignoring the mountain of bug reports and feature requests piling up. The TTD feels random and it messes up a lot of rotations. They've given a whole lot of empty promises as to when they'll be working on it again. I would stay far away from it for the foreseeable future. Until then, stick to HyperElk. Even with its many faults, it gets more testing, has healing rotation, and bugs are actually fixed.

Update:

Regarding WOTLK HyperElk feral druid, the current bear weaving rotation is very flawed to the point where its not worth using it. I tried explaining how to fix it to the feral developer and was told

I simply don't have any time for wotlk currently to make the 4 guys that are still playing wotlk happy

Which is fair enough.

WOTLK or any classic version of wow is just not worth wasting time on; it's a waste of development resources and time IMO; those users make up a tiny fraction of the actual user base, and really I think is more of an annoyance than anything else.

Elk specified many times Classic versions of wow are not officially supported, it's more of an addon for convenience to its users, if you wanted you can develop your own rotas that can work with Elk or Simia. If not, you're best to use an unlocker and make LUA rotations.

Tamed you seem to have fair grasp on the state of rotation bots in general. In your honest opinion for those of us that are seeking wotlk rotations pvp specific it seems to me(price not considered) that ggl and a# may be somewhat viable? It's hard to get info on either of these communities as they are heavily gated. As someone who's been banned recently for using luas id really like to stay away from them given the time sink that is classic. I don't expect then to be Lua quality but with elk only supporting 3 rotations and it seems no else has any these two are kind of my last ditch effort.

Nvm went past the first page and found my answer. Seems ggl is decent just extremely overpriced to get into. I wish aimsharp was easier to see what they offered in terms of profiles though. They just have retail stuff listed.

Honestly, I'm not going to give you an opinion on Classic versions of the game as I don't play them and have no interest in them (unless it's Pandaland and Above ).

Maybe you're better to get something custom-made for yourself. You can always seek out custom development for money if you really want something that suits your needs.

Eh I've done the Morpheus route and while for pvp I think it's fine but it's somewhat limited in pvp. Plus you are completely reliant on them any time you want something fixed or in my case I jacked up my binds several times because of another addon and would always have to wait to get them to fix it. Granted it wasn't long it was just more annoying than clicking a program and being good to go.

GGL can be quite hard to setup and its very common to setup something wrong or accidently do something that can cause issues.

I think depending on the spec and class(faceroll) it would be very possible. I used them for a ret pally pvp build back in tbc had perfect seal twisting etc but ret lacked a large variety of what I would call complex play such as stance dancing or playing feral for instance. So some of those more complex classes I can't say how in depth the rotations go.

You seem to have used GGL so I'll ask you because the dev's don't really make sense when i ask them. When purchasing GGL you have the monthly fee. Which is your normal or private. Then you purchase a class? This is a one time fee of $75. Can you explain to me what this fee is for? From what I understand is that GGL doesn't actually create its own profiles. So you have to purchase GGL then find whatever Dev is making profiles and purchase a profile from them? So you have to pay the month sub, a one time fee for a class that is essentially for nothing, to turn around and pay another month fee to a dev?
