I have been using this product for a little over a month or about a month, not for long. Initially, it was a Warrior, after I made a transfer to a monk, and after that I already switched to a hunter, and this was my final decision to return the money. Although now it's not about them, because I lost the dispute, and these 99EUR will go to this person only through my fault and negligence. Speaking of rotations, to be honest, I liked the only one on the Warrior in the fury specialization, all the others worked deviantly for me (some skills could not be worked through, and so on / so on), I'm tired of just describing everything, I beg your pardon.
Support, they personally answered me for a long time, I don't know why, perhaps this was originally due to hostility to me, or just when I wrote they were busy, but I had it like this.
After writing reviews in their sales thread, my messages were deleted, I suppose the reviews should apparently only be positive, and negative ones can damage the reputation of this product.
Also, after all this trial, or rather after the recall, I was removed from their discord channel and, accordingly, from the friends of the seller from whom I bought the product. Their statement, for me personally, is irrational, because if I had deleted him, I would have deleted Robin, his assistant. But let it be so, do not care, I just want you to read my experience.
And yet, since it was stated that my financial situation is rather unenviable, because it is because of this that I am trying to refund money for the purchase of this product and I am trying to suck everything out of my thumb, I would like to ask you this - you really consider yourself quite significant , and financially secure that you have the right to speak like that - it's strange, at least to address your client, even if he is a former.
Well, and quite a bit that I was not warned and did not put in the course that I cannot use some add-on libraries (as it turned out, the problem was solved or not, I cannot say for sure, because this is from the words of this seller), and so -also use the settings of the video card (img.sharp).
In general, I do not call anyone to anything, and I do not impose my point of view on you, I am sure you are a mature person who knows how to think critically and may not make impulsive purchases a little without first getting acquainted with the product and its creator. Although, I have used quite a few products.
All that I have written is how I feel and feel as a client and all this is my subjective opinion.
As a result, I was left without money and without a product and without a discord and without this very seller.
I think the rules of the forum will not allow me to paint more or the complaints of the seller himself.
And I ask you not to delete my review, because this is still a review. And it is not compromising, this is how I feel and perceive the situation without offending anyone, the conflict has passed, now that I did not like it.
