It depends on the environment and gear. If you're unsure what healer class to pick, start with the most geared one you have or take all classes day trial.

In PvE they all are scripted rather equally good, especially if you take the KFM rotations at UCS platform. Plug and play, but with an option to tweak most spells' settings ofcourse if you'd like. You can take a google wow raid logs for HPS ratings per class.

In PvP it depends on what comb you'd like to play or what classes your friends play. It's important to find the right partners for you and master the communication and teamplay with them. In general, here are my personal notes on each healer class in PvP with HF rotations:

• Monk is the class that will never let you die, but at high mana cost
• Shaman is the most balances healer class, that also takes great advantage of ranged scripted kicks with low CD
• Paladin is great for either super safe playstyle (double wizard) or super aggressive DPS assisting playstyle (double melee DPS)
• Druid is the most powerful class in game if you can utilize Cyclones, the script assist you with that but the more aggressive you are with it manually, the better.
• Priest is great for RMP but then it all depends on how great your Rogue+Mage is

Thanks I understand class strengths and am very familiar with scripts. I used GladSuite back in the day and Go HandsFree as well.

What I more meant is what healer was the most polished from a scripting perspective. Disc was challenging for GHF because once they changed the way Disc healed it changed it completely. Rdruid sometimes isn't scripted well because its not pre-hotting for swaps and u get stuck with ppl dying. Pally is more a reactive healer, thus easier to script and so on.

Also what is the plan for Shadowlands? Do you have enough developers to do multiple classes at once or will you release an order in which you will update the classes?

If you have several heal classes, you may want to grab all classes trial for a day. Nowadays, as you know much depends on the gear. And playing healer unlike a braindead melee DPS requires more attention to positioning and CD management. The script gives you that - an opportunity to concentrate on what's really important while it handles the healing engine + some nice features like dispels and other, depending on the class, like autokick on shaman or shapeshift incoming CC on druid.

We have a team of developers already working on importing new spell names and such for Shadowlands on our Beta accounts. Gladly not much changed in terms of LUA either, so we don't expect a huge downtime when the patch lands.

Clearly a statement from someone who's never tried our product, no offence. Once onboard, there is no turning back to "free addons" due to tremendous quality difference. It's like driving a Porsche after walking on foot. And if you think about it, it's not THAT privy afterall, get your favorite spec to play for as low as 0.25$ / day (88$ / year sub).

Nevertheless, we're not here for mass market, neither we are here to judge anyone's personal preferences. In fact, we like to keep the community small and private. Makes it easy to provide support and respond to users feedback.

Willing to join? You can! Shadowlands is going to be a thing!

Depends what exactly you purchased, but either way, please follow the guide available at either the page under your order or at the page. If you bought a UCS product, then note that the website login and the UCS launcher login will be different.

UCS is a standalone product that does not require anything else. Simply purchase credits at and then use them towards any module (combat rotation or script) in UCS launcher. Unlike EWT or LuaBox, you don't pay for the platform, only for the modules you subscribe to.

I tried the Trial and on stage 3/3 the Bootstrap part, it would blue-screen my Windows 10 machine. When I reached out for support, the response was "check if you don't have any antivirus installed". Awesome support. Don't think I'll venture to try again.

We have a comprehensive PDF Guide available in the product archive as well as at the website->product guides page. Section 3 is a page long troubleshooting tutorial that you should follow first. The most common problem is indeed having an antivirus installed. If that doesn't help, you're welcome to send us a dump file as the Troubleshooting section recommends.
