Automatic NPC Item Buyer?

Hello,

can anyone make some Automatic NPC Items Buyer, for the Darkmoon NPC's that selling items like Fel Lotus ?
It must talk to the two Npcs and must only buy some things like this items like 10 times in a minute.. It would be a VERY nice farmbot, without any ban risk!!
