German servers are good to start WoW.
Horde: Frostwolf PvP
Alliance: Blackrock PvP
The logon window is a bit buggy the servers are not realy full it just stands there.
No lags no waiting times! Epics for free!!

I always play my brother, and I really liked ... but the server that this is a long lag :/ they said proved the two
