Any tools or addons to make gold farming easier?

Hope you're having a great day
I'm playing on a private server with 5.4.8 patch and i was wondering if there is any tools or softwares that can make the process of gold farming from mobs, dungeons or ... easier?

And if yes are they safe to use? I don't want a automation tool that can kill and farm and sell on it's own

Wrobot, I believe, still works on 5.4.8, not sure how safe it is, though.
