Had this happen earlier to myself, had two extra points activated even though I didnt have the talent picked.
I had Answered Prayers even though I wasnt playing it.
It worked until I logged off. This happened in arena. I believe it has something to do with changing talents when doors open as you can bug pvp talents out completely with that too.
The buff also didnt appear on me at any point, I didnt see it in buff uptime either but it was very clearly proccing out of nowhere every game I played until I logged off.
