True Hero Rotation is ****, they hardly keep it updated, better to use Hekili with some type of pixel detection.

True, but thats why I make my own rotation using herorotation+Herolib.

Baneto supports hekili, I personally developed the plugin

SimiaCore (previously known as ERZ) supports it.
Actually, our rotations are all built around HeroLib.

Better to just use Hekili to be honest, its farm is more customizable for the novice user. Simiacore is excellent, I can agree with two above

You can check WULT aswel , i develop it and it uses weak auras to create rotations
and its currently free
