WoW stat hack help?

Hi totally noobish thing here need expert help and this the place to get it lol.
I have a Stat changer and can change all my Chars stats to 10000 or whatever i want,but they dont affect my char it seems to be purely cosmetic where am i going wrong because it doesn't seem to be saving to client and changes if i enter an instance or anything?

There IS NO Stat Hack for WoW, and there will NEVER be a Stat Hack for WoW.

das ding ist nen haufen scheiße und ein mieser scamversuch der ersteller! als ich die seite gesehen habe dachte ich mir wie man nur so dreist sein kann! stats sind serverseitig und natürlich nicht changebar!

wenns echt wär würden die chinafarmer instand 70 haben und der ebay markt wär überfüllt mit full epic sets weil jeder die bosse mit 1 hit legt ^^
