Info : i got 2 item lvl 277 rings one from heroic and the others from quest in ICC, i got full t-9 in my bank FULL t-8 and of course FULL t-10, alot of gold in the account around 12k? to gem your items buy something u want, there also a red proto drake mount, Tiger in zulrak, Mammoth from VoA25 (the 2 ground mounts are rare )
