Been using this since start of BfA, both for PvP and PvE.
For PvP I only really used it for BG's, not much of an arena master. They did alright, and arent bad. They've improved them a lot over the time, and arenas should be very good now aswell, as far as I know.
For now I use it for PvE on classic, I have both their up to date classes. For now it's priest and warrior only, but I'm fairly sure rogue is incoming within a week or two.
For
priest, I've been using it as a healer, for doing dungeons, leveling and enjoying a little bit of world pvp. It does the job, pretty well aswell. It utilizes calculations to determine whether or not to cas flash heal, greater heal or regular heal. Mostly the rotation is based off Heal, because that is the most mana effecient cast for a priest healer - or so I've read. I'm no expert on priests, yet anyway.
For the
warrior I've been using it for PvP and PvE, and I have to say it's amazing. It does **** like rending rogues as some of the first, it uses demo shout when it detects a vanished rogue, it stance dances perfectly, and it is VERY customizable. It'll even disarm if it determines rogue has cast adrenaline rush, as far as I remember.
In terms of PvE I'll let the images speak for them selves.

As you can imagine, this can do very much damage. With that said, I suggest if you do intend of using it, learning the use of their queue system. It is simply said, a system for queuing abilities. I do this to use cooldowns myself, because it wouldn't always be optimal, the way their cooldown system is set up. So I disabled cooldowns, and queue them myself when I want to use the ability.
Other than that I've had absolutely no bad experiences with the team and their project. They have always been fast at assisting me should I need any, and the people I've dealt with have always spoken profesionally and properly to me.
