Reporting scammer - Nanostray

This user with +44 -0 rating scammed me out of a

-Warcraft 3
-Warcraft 3 TFT
-Diablo 2
-Diablo 2 LoD
-WoW Cataclysm

I went first because I'm new on this site, and this user had 44 positive reactions, and ZERO bad ones.

I recorded the entire trade with Camtasia, so if any moderator/administrator could contact me I'll provide them with the video proving that I got scammed.

I'm aware that I will not get any of my stuff back, but I hope I can at least make sure no one else gets scammed by this guy.

Thanks for the infos,i almost sold him my account 2 days ago,but then something made me think about what im doing and i said i want a middleman,thank god,so i didnt go 1st with him at the end
( btw if im correct you should be able to get account back.....contact the Blizzard support

get serious,police cannot do anything.......
this is virtual goods,its against the rules to sell account from Blizzard,what would you say to police,hello,i sold my Blizzard account ilegaly,and i got scammed,can you get my account back ?........-_-

Your Wrong sir, isnt illegal. Youre not allowed from blizz to sell a acc. But not any more. So the Police can you help.

Have to correct you, there's nothing "illegal" in selling Accounts. It's just against the corporate's terms

its ilegal,as long as Blizzard doesnt allow SELLING ACCOUNTS
otherwise if it was just against corporate terms they wouldnt ban your account after
seeing that you sold account or what ever they would leave it as it is
but as long as they ban account for such reasons,its ilegal.........

lets see what will they tell you for *** sake.......
dont talk BS when you dont know anything,ive lost many things my self,police never helped........so im sayin all of this from experience.....if you think you know better then go to police and lets see what happens.......

I and many other peoples was by the police and they helped us! :O i Have practise experience :=) You dont become your acc back thats right! And the acc can be banned from blizz. But its not illegal to sell the acc. And its illegal to scamm other people. So if he goes to the police, the police can do anything vs this scammer. This is the reason you should go to the police.

hmm that might be only in germany then
cos in most europian country's police doesnt help with sell gaming accounts and getting scammed........
but i got a question then
if you got scammed by him as well,how come the user is still scamming,you didnt report it to police ?

Cause at the time he scammed me i was a long time ill and in a hospital so i cant go to the police

you were in hospital selling who knows what and getting scammed.........
dont really believe that story but what ever......
anyway i doubt the maker of this thread will get anything back so the only suggestion i have is
Next time be careful with who your trading with
and always make a request a trade before giving anything
