U should learn c++ or visual basic. You can learn it from tutorial videos.

Which programs do you recommend to use? is there any way to use Javascript instead of C++?

its recommended to use either C# or C++ , since Java is not made for such things ...

If u want to became a noob like plathelper, you should start it with vb.net then you can pass to c++ or c#. But if you want to be real coder, u should start with .net application c++ , u should learn external,inexternal, everything about c++
