Why do you ban paying customers from discord before the server is even delivered for asking a single support question without any bad meaning?

I can wait for the server, im just curious why I suddenly got banned after purchasing and joining your discord server. I even defended you against someone calling your entire site a scam. My friend refered me to your site, saying you are a trusted host, so I wanted to give you a try.







I'd actually be willing to buy even more if you could just explain what I did wrong.
