[Buying] vServer as testserver/root for active project

Hey guys,

Our team had the idea to make a video portal, now we have a stable version and we would need a vserver to let the user test it. Our alpha testers have a number of 100 poeple, in the test are also 100-200 people and around 1000 video uploads..so the vserver must handle it.
If the tests are done and all is good we are looking for a root server which should have a good connection to uploading videos, extendable (HDD,...), high up time.
