if you are using the passmark scale I would definitely NOT recommend you to use a VPS. you need dedicated hardware and not shared resources.

hab LoL sonst immer auf high framrate hab dann so durchschnittliche 150 fps, wenn ich dann auf benchmark umstell um die 500-600, aber die champs kriegen so epilepsieanfälle beim laufen, weiß wer warum?
