i was wondering how i can make my website online so other people can see it like im using appserv and i have the www folder everything is already setup like i want it but i can only see it i need to know how i can make it online idk what to do with the files and yea please help me!

You need a webspace and a domain. Just save your Homepage files to the webspace over a ftp client like filzilla Hand buy a domain.

Buy a domain n hosting then upload there. if u want to use ur pc as server, u need to know ur ip public and changed ur DNS. normaly need wait 24h to get that effect.

Hosting on AppServ on your local PC is not a very Good idea. Because if you shutdown your PC, your website will be down too.

You need your IP-Address and DNS (dyndns.org, no-ip.org) with an update tool that change your host always on your right IP.
After this you need to open Port 80 (http) on your Firewall.
and e voila your www-Server is public.

The Best way for you is Free-Webspace Hosting because you don't need to know things about httpd.conf, php.ini etc.

Than you can use FTP programms to upload your files to the server. And it will be online 24/7!

okay i transfered my php website to 000hosting but when i go to the site it gives alot of sql problems? do i have to change the sql information to something from 000hosting? if yes how do i do that and how do i find the information for that
