Dinar Bot Help please?

Well i downloaded [NoMenu]_SiroSix's_Dinar_Bot_V1.9
From Sirosix but it wont pop up
when i click the dinar bot it just wont pop up
Please help me with this!

Do you have an 32 Bit system? Dinarbots dont work on 32 Bit systems

Hmm i have 64 bit windows 7 hp
