wenn da steht your acc status prevents you from buying any game items, dann bist du ingmae eingeloggt ----> auloggen, seite aktualisieren

Wenn du in WarRock angemeldet bist und mit dem Account in den G1 Shop gehst kannst du nichts kaufen. Also erst aus WarRock ausloggen und dann wie schon Rage gesagt hat die Seite aktualisieren.

Das kann folgende Gründe haben :
- Du bist bei WR eingeloggt
- Oder du hast deine Mail noch nicht bestätigt

Nein....du musst einfach deine email neu aktivieren d.h email ändern (gleiche eingeben) und dann nochma bestätigen

Hi
ich habe das Problem, dass bei meinem Account der Status: pending ist.
Ich weiß, was das bedeutet, deswegen weißt mich bloß nicht auf die SuFu hin. Mein Problem ist, dass ich keine Mail zur Bestätigung habe, und wenn ich auf meinen Acc gehe, steht da nicht der Link, den ich zum ändern meiner Daten brauche. Support habe ich schon angeschrieben, aber bis ich dort eine Antwort bekomme, kanns dauern...wäre nett was von euch zu erfahren ;)

Was bedeutet das? Merkwürdiger Weise ist mein Account auf dem Status Pending, so dass ich keine email, Passwort etc. ändern kann & keine Codes einlösen kann.
Was muss ich mache um den Account wieder zu aktivieren?

I played for 7 days on a 10 day Free trial account, and now I just bought the game from a local store. I entered the cd-key on the account upgrade page, and it said that the account was successfully upgraded. On the Full Payment History page, it says 10 day free trial - active and free month - pending.
I entered the game but i still can't level up since i'm lvl 20 but instead I can "yell" thing I wasn't able to do before this. I haven't tried yet to invitations to parties or guilds. But not...
