How to use the Binocular:
You can only use the Binocular on a few maps. The condition to use it ist that there are huge canons at every base on the map. With left mouse klick you can zoom in, select a target and confirm the target with the space bar. The Cannons will shoot at the point you have chosen.
But be careful:
The strike hits the target a few seconds ( approximately 5 seconds ) after choosing the target.
