Who can create account in warrock korea??? I would like to play there but i can't create there account, I please

and this number cost a lot of money

It costs nothing(you can find it in google), but its not allowed to use this number(KSSN)

Die Generatoren funktionieren schon lange nicht mehr, da der Name seit einiger Zeit mit der Nummer übereinstimmen muss.
