Thats because they add 20 to the number, 24 = 4 players online, and 20 means 0 !

(Dunno the name): Hi, there are users being able to use scripts on your server, your itemshop is bad and almost nobody is online.

(Support): It is not unfinished, it is just in progress.

(Dunno the name): If a server is under maintenance oder just in progress, you don't make it publicly available. Everybody is able to use scripts, if that is the case, you should better shut down the server.
