I got like 2 open tickets:
IP -BAN
BANNED ACCOUNT 1YEAR AGO - UNBAN
first ticket 4days no response.. second ticket open for 1month LOLOLO

Try it with different languages like spanish or turkish cuz the english support is not enough I think ^^

It's normal that Nexon is 'slow' in reading their tickets/support.

Leute ich hab den beweis von Nexon der support ist einfach nur klasse.
warum fragt ihr euch jetz wohl naja wenn man denen ein ticket schreibt
beantworten die das erst garnicht oder lassen sich sehr lange zeit
naja hab am 26.02.2011 mal son support ticket weggeschickt wie man im bild sehen kann steht da immer noch in progress also wie lange musss man auf eine antwort bei nexon warten ?
ich wird sagen wenn man perm bann hat der geht ja so 27 jahre oder so also der perm bann ist 100% schneller...
