DSETUP.dll : How, what, hu?

Hey guys!

I have been looking at WarRock a couple days ago, to be honest I expected more from it. The packet structure is quite easy.

But still I have some questions about the two files, 'DSETUP.dll' and 'warrock.exe'. Like, is it possible to edit the DSETUP of nexon to your own localhost. If it is, is that the only thing I need to do to connect with my project?
Or do I need to bypass some things in the warrock execute file, such things like hackshield?

So, the questions are.
1. Is it even possible to edit the DSETUP, if it is how and what should I change?
2. What should I do with the warrock.exe? Like returning the hackshield funtion? Even this, how and what.

DSETUP is actually a file that initalizes directX but most private servers spoof this file, they make a copy of the original one and they redirect the functions. This method allows them to change things in memory and add packets etc.

I don't get your second question tough, could you explain that one a little more?
