[HELP]WarRock Pserver items.bin & sql

OK guys, first of all hello

first of all I've been searching through the forums, google, etc. for the past two three days, so i realized i need extra help ...
i'm looking for some guidance here, regarding the item shop, editing the items.bin and changing the values on sql, i do it correctly (or that's what i think) but it still appears as "item cannot be bought" so i don't know what else i'm missing.

for example, this is a copy of the line for "Compress Bandage" on my sql db

P.D.: i'm using tweek release server, chapter 3.

UPDATE: for some reasons the only things that can be bought are the player skins, what i'm doing wrong then?? T_T
