Enable the alpha channels when you save the item.

1) Rewrite void update @ virtualRoom
2) Its not possible to fix that due that is clientside handled, happens sometime on official warrock too
3) Modify items.bin @ data folder of warrock
4) From database users_retails you have to put userid, class (0 - engineer, 1 - medic, etc..), and the code of retail
