WarRock East Server Help

I searched around on youtube and google to find a way to get the east server, I have heard that this server is better than world and west because admins never spectate the rooms. So I found out that what I needed to do was to either change my IP address to a country in east(Turkey,Saudi Arabia etc), or buy a VPN program that does basically the same. I ended up with buying a VPN program. I purchased "CyberGhost Premium Plus". When I installed the program I found out that "CyberGhost" did not have servers in East of the world..

So does anyone know a way to get a east server in simple words?
I am currently running win8 btw.

Know, but I don´t want to pay for one more vpn service.
I have 6computers(all with sirovip) and I need to buy 6 Vpntraffic accs for 30 Dollar -.-

Is east better?, no admins check? do the accounts on east get listed on wa-sta without searching or playing public?

OpenVPN(PrivateTunnel) does not contain east country servers?

You can easly configure the VPN to work on the whole network if you set it up with a DD-WRT router
