WarRock private server problem

Hi all. I'm bought yesterday one windows vps. installed all but when i start LoginServer.exe or GameServer.exe i get this error:

You need ODBC 5.1 driver

Edit: I'm use Toxiic old montana warrock files.
Work perfect with 5.1 ODBC Thanks for help Toxiic.
