You can't add an ANTI-DDOS, you can only block it by 1. dedicating hardware to filter it out or 2. balance the load. Since you can't afford both better stop telling lies and give correct information this is why these "lies" make this section looking so pathetic.

Well actually "hosts" call it Anti-DDoS he's just typing what's written on host but ye they added an Anti-DDoS filter.

Host changed our IP but maybe added an anti ddos filter ^^ and idk how much we pay am not managing it :P
