From Where They Get server files!

i just want to know how and from where they get p-server files!

i saw many p-server of warrock game are opened on beta!

They code it themselves or buy/leech it from other people.
Most files are written in C#.
So If you wanna do your own server first learn a programming language.

Its realy hard to make it by yourself, Does thier anyway i can get it from place or person?

You should do it by yourself, because the most people who have any serverfiles, which are good, they won't give it to you free... you have to buy it from others or get free "******"-files... and yeah, it is hard... nobody said that making a pserver is easy!
If it would be easy there would be hundred of servers... if you can't any programming language you should forget that "dream".. or learn C etc.
