The Evolution of WarRock Servers
WarRock private servers are an upcoming feature of the War Rock "Hacking" world. Load of people are interested to make one of those. But most of the people expect to have full working servers. But currently there is NO FULL CORRECTLY emulated server that works 100%. The question you may ask is, who made those servers? Well it all started back in 2009..
Gn0m3 aka Crunkx:
This is the guy who started the War Rock private servers. He started it as a basic project but never fully finished it. He sold the files for +150 € but it got leaked into public.
That is the guy who made it the following people possible to create War Rock private servers:
- Supremex3
- ToxicData
- Horiizon
- Trademark
- Bubble AKA iSkyLikeX
- CodeDragon
These guys are the key founders of the War Rock private servers. They worked their butt off to get it working. Real War Rock private servers didn't exist until about 6 months ago. Because the Peer2Peer system didn't work correctly.

Basically all the Servers have the same Sourcecode (a little modified by the server team ofc) except a few. Trademark e.g. wrote an own server based on PHP.

ToxicData Fixed the peer2peer as first, he gave it to Horiizon who had given it to Supremex3.
After that it got in a closed "public". Bubble AKA iSkyLikeX fixed this issue for Insomnia project.
CodeDragon worked on a private servers for months but couldn't figure out how to fix the p2p system. However he focused on stability and speed. So he managed to make a stable emulator. He managed to fix the p2p and AlterWar was born.
Supremex3 made the private server Rexiles, which was also one of the first private servers next to AlterWar & Insomnia. Insomnia and AlterWar closed down after a while due the lack of time of the developers however Rexiles survived.
An new area has come to us and now its time for other people to fix bugs we made, I wish them luck. I'll love to support the real developers who want some information. Just send me an pm.
Here is a list of ALL the important people in the War Rock Private server Development: - Gn0m3 aka Crunkx - Beginner of the development
- Bubble AKA iSkyLikeX - Insomnia/AlterWar/InfinityWar
- CodeDragon - AlterWar/TrinityWar(Modded AlterWar Source)
- ZicoS77 / TranLord - Websites/Updaters/Packets etc (Support)
- Supremex3 - Rexiles/Test Projects
- ToxicData (Peer2Peer Fixes) (WrEmu?)
- Horiizon (Bringing Peer2Peer into closed public)
- Trademark PHP-Server Files

uhm.. yea.. a little bit.
While Crunkx developed his files, there was another running and almost bugfree PServer from italia. Only a few Persons knew about it (about 100). I was one of them. All the "developers" you credit here didn't do 0,01% of what other people did before. Thisare just some people releasing their bugged servers to the public to become fame or something. Nobody of them cares about the bugs, and if they care, only a little.
Nobody of em was able to run a properly working server.
The P2P Bugfix was given out by ToxicData to Horiizon and finally to supreme( so the publicity aswell ).
It was simple, 2 lines of code, splitting the submitted IP Address.
You credit only the people hunting for fame, and not the ones (cept crunkx) doing the real work. ofc the other people work aswell at their servers, but without the hekp of the "underground", there would be just 1 or 2 NON PUBLIC Servers.

Bubble sure did, I was a Witness, and I'm CodeDragon.
Edit: I never heard of Horiizon to be honest.

I remember the beginning with bubble and .nico.
They asked me how to hash the log-in information in md5.

That isn't that hard, you can find that basic stuff on the web.
Anyways, I worked on pServers for years, I manged to fix a loads of bugs, but got stuck due the lack of requirement of the p2p system.
And the peer2peer fix wasn't be fixed by reversing the IP strings, but also incorrect handling of the session ID.

I see you didn't get it. They asked me - ME -- I'm not skilled in such things aswell - how to hash that. You already said thats basic stuff, but they just didn't knew such an easy thing.

You got a point. Maybe they took developing a War Rock Private server as a challenge to become better in programming, thats what I did.
Here is a screenshot of my first attamp to login on my server after studying the files of Crunkx. The image was uploaded on 2011-07-09 01:22:23 and the screenshot was taken a couple of minutes before the upload.

Of course and thats not my problem. If they do it to inprove their programming skills and knowledge it's okay - but it's not okay to credit this guys and make them kinda responsible for the current standing of servers at all.

I Credit them because they made one of the first working servers; I'll add Horiizon to the list.

oh yea this story is funny
Horiizon made a server (he did the major programming) together with supreme. They decided to go another way. Horiizon stopped, and sureme took the files to every other team he were in.
Basically all the Servers have the same Sourcecode (a little modified by the server team ofc) except a few. Trademark e.g. wrote an own server based on PHP.

If any of these servers was special, your post would have been interesting. But for there not being any special and/or succeeding private servers, there also is no one to credit.
It's like saying "Hey, you need to know me because I was the first one to do this" while "this" relates to something as usual as drinking water. Now you - YOU are they guy believing in this.
P.S.: Do not forget to check your facts before posting something.

Oh well I heard from S3mt3x, that their files were stolen from someone in their team and Crunks files seem pretty similar to them...
But anyways he has done work and worked on them himself, many people are using this files and without him they wouldn't have been released untill now.
