Where can I find a data file exists in the file alterwar database? Years, with one trying to open databases are different, but still failed.

a) call the server in cli mode, not with your browser...
b) create a database called "alterwar" or configure it to the correct database (ofc you need to import the db first)

Forget about that **** Files !
They won't run stable !!!
PHP is not Designed to be used for a GameServer.
You will never have a well running server using that files
